Temporary employees

Temporary employees are subject to the same rules at the company of assignment as the company’s own employees. The company of assignment is responsible for the safety of temporary employees on site. It is particularly important that a clearly worded skills/requirements profile is drawn up between the parties involved (assignment company/loaning company/employee),

FCOS issues the Personal Safety Passport for temporary employees as one way of providing proof of training. A digital version of the Safety Passport is available from Suva.
